Snoring cures - what do u do?

Snoring is a serious issue in itself which is not taken seriously. There are so many solutions available in the market but most of them are nothing more than quick fixes.

Solutions like chin straps and sprays are effective on to a certain extent. After a while they are not as effective as they are in the beginning because our bodies get used to them and adapt accordingly.

Cpaps do well but how many among us would like to get attached to tubes every night for the rest of our lives and carry them along where ever we go

Surgery is effective as well but then again who would go through all that pain, its easier said than done. Its pain, discomfort and a ton of Do’s and Dont’s you have to follow.

So what’s the best solution- Go with what’s natural and effective.

Age old practices like yoga are popular till date. Numerous disorders, imbalances and diseases can be cured just by practicing yoga regularly. Breathing techniques and exercises are the essentials here.

Get to the root of a problem and cure it forever instead of going for an expensive but popular quickfix.

  1. Great post.

The key to curing snoring is to understand the different causes of snoring, find out which of the causes is your particular problem and find a cure targeted to the cause.

Natural remedies are certainly the way to go. Conservative treatment tends to have fewer possible side effects than surgery.

However, there are certain forms of snoring that only surgery offers a possible cure for.

In considering DIY treatment for your snoring, it is important to ensure that you do not have sleep apnoea. Sleep apnoea is a rather serious form of snoring that is associated with periods of not breathing at all. If you suspect you have sleep apnoea, you really need to consult your physician
